Wonder how your competition seems to always get that hot new item for the season? If you want to be the first one to bring in the “next” hot item, visit our showroom. We’re constantly bringing in the hottest toys of the season, and with a state of art warehouse, you can be sure that it’s in stock.

 

Shipping
For relatively small orders, we ship via Fedex Ground and Fedex Freight. We have negotiated competitive prices that we can offer our customers. This shipping cost is generally billed as freight-collect, so you will be responsible for the bill once your order arrives.

For larger shipments, we generally ask that our customers arrange for their preferred shipper to pick up the merchandise from our warehouse. If you are unfamiliar with shipping companies, we can help arrange this for you. Again, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

If you have your own truck, you may arrange for pick-up from our warehouse at any time.

Warranty / Exchanges
As with most other wholesale importers in this industry, all sales are final. However, should a significant amount of your goods be damaged, we will work with you to find a mutually beneficial resolution.

Refunds
We do not issue cash refunds. We only issue company credit for qualifying returns. In order to obtain a credit, the amount of merchandise must be significant. If it is deemed significant, the customer must send the items back to our warehouse (at the customer’s cost), and so that our warehouse manager can determine that the claim is true. Only after approval of the claim, will a credit be issued.
